Bachelor in Biology of the University of El Salvador.
He has made a Masters in Environmental Management in the Central
American University Jose Simeón Cañas, with specialty
in management of Natural Resources. He has experience in studies
of Forest, wildlife and Protected Areas management. Progressively
He has had an increasing activity like national consultant. Having
participated in numerous consultancies like expert in the accomplishment
of forest studies, wildlife, environmental impact, trainning, management
plans and determination of lifting capacity in protected areas.
These experiences have allowed him a good knowledge of the national
territory. Between the 2002-2003 he comprised of the team of consultants
who made the Plan of Ordering and Territorial Development of El
Salvador, in which his participation its focus in the subject of
enviromental, Diagnosis of the Biodiversity, Special Plan of Protection
of the Biophisic and Catalogue of Natural Areas. In educational
matter, he participates ad honoren like invited professor, jury
and adviser in numerous theses of degree of Lawyer in Biology and
Masters in management of Natural Resources of the University of
El Salvador.
